You will have patterns to make TWO QUILTS – Soldiers Tribute and Stars of Glory.  Choose one, make them both, or mix and match...the choice is yours!  We embark on a year-long journey, celebrating the quilt blocks, history, and fabrics of the Civil War era.

Cost for this program is $50 to register and includes the Civil War Legacy book by Kaye England as well as your first three civil war fat quarters and month one bonus pattern...everything you need to get started on the first set of blocks!  Monthly cost will be just $5—each time you will receive 3 more fat quarters in civil war fabrics with bonus pattern to make the next set of blocks.  Tips, techniques, and demos, plus a little history lesson on each block unique to the civil war era, AND our popular door prizes for those attending the in-store lesson sessions!  At the end of the year, you will have 24 blocks completed from authentic civil war reproduction fabrics as well as instructions for quilt assemblies and finishing.  We will include instructions for traditional piecing as well as conversions for the Nifty Notions rulers.  Demos will include our rulers to give you more practice and get accurate results.
