SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped USPS or UPS. Insurance will not be added unless you instruct us to do so (additional charges apply.) We will not be responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items. Charges listed below are estimates and subject to change. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

MERCHANDISE REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be granted unless merchandise is defective. If an item was sent in error, please call or email stating the error immediately so we can correct the problem. All sales are final 21 days after the order was placed, unless prior arrangements have been made.

CLASS FEE REFUND POLICY
Class fees are due at time of registration and do not include supplies. Cancellations must be received two weeks prior to class date in order for a refund to be given.

PRIVACY POLICY
